
Celebrating our 10th year of operation,
we have been synonymous with fine handcrafted beer in
Singapore. At 10 hectoliters, the current capacity of
our brewery at Riverside Point cannot keep with the
pace on the demand of our loyal customer base.
MENU Pte. Ltd., the group of which Brewerkz is a part,
has just put the finishing touches on a brand new, state
of the art off site brewing facility. At 25 hectoliters,
the new brewery nearly triples the capacity for our
Brew Master to deliver the goods.
Located at the Kampong Ampat Food Link building, a
JTC property that was built for the needs of the food
and beverage industry, Brewerkz is Singapore’s
only microbrewery with external brewing premises. Installing
the unbelievably enormous brew tanks was a challenge
itself, requiring the aid of cranes and a pulley system.
The state of the art equipment was designed specifically
for Brewerkz by Newlands Systems of BC, Canada. It incorporates
the very latest temperature control systems and computerized
valve controls. This will help ensure greater precision
and consistency.
With this increased beer making capacity, our customers
can rest assured that they will have ready access to
the same high quality product that they have grown accustomed
to over the past decade. The new facilities will also
enable our Brew Master to continue experimenting with
various styles of beer making from around the world.
