Tucked into a corner of a shophouse
near private and condominium estates, this 85-seater
Brewerkz brings the best of the Menu Group – the
parent company of Brewerkz Restaurant & Microbrewery,
Café Iguana, Wine Garage, Brewerkz Bar &
Grill and Brewerkz T3 right to the doorsteps of lucky
Bukit Timah residents.
Brewerkz at Bukit Timah will open their doors for breakfast
on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays from 11am to
4pm. Expect such diverse fare as a brie omelette with
tomatoes, fresh basil and hash browns, and muffins with
yoghurt, fresh fruit and honey.
Patrons will find all the crowd-pleasing Brewerkz signature
appetisers, soups, salads, sandwiches and burgers available
at the Bukit Timah outlet such as the Buffalo Chicken
Wings, Brewerkz IPA Onion and Cheddar Soup, Chicken
Cobb Salad, Crabcake Sandwich and the unbeatable King
Brew Burger.
Although there will not be brewing facilities on site,
Brewerkz at Bukit Timah will have a selection of award-winning
handcrafted beer on tap, all created by Brewmaster Scott
Robertson and his Brewery Team. There are also bottled
beers from the world’s most interesting breweries.
This ensures that beer lovers will still be able to
enjoy their favourite fresh brews in a familiar and
friendly setting.
There is a selection of premium wine from the Wine
Garage wine list as well as the Iguana Rita –
the only margarita you should be drinking – transplanted
from the Menu Group’s very own Mexican restaurant,
Café Iguana. Other classic cocktails to expect
are the Brewerkz Bloody Mary and the Classic Daiquiri,
all made with the special Brewerkz touch.
