Founded in 1997, Singapore’s award-winning microbrewery
restaurant, Brewerkz was the brain-child of US-born
Devin Otto Kimble and Daniel Flores, who initially modeled
it after similar concepts in the USA and Canada.
Occupying a prime location on the Singapore River at
Riverside Point, the iconic full-service restaurant
features high quality American-style food and a full
range of premium beers handcrafted on-site from the
10 hl microbrewery attached to the restaurant.
With seating for 240 diners inside and over 300 alfresco,
the well-frequented restaurant comes complete with pool
table, dartboard and 10 large-screen televisions that
are particularly popular with sports fans.
At Brewerkz Restaurant & Microbrewery, we focus
on offering all-American cuisine with an emphasis on
regional dishes from the Deep South, the South West
and California. In other words, we create dishes to
serve as a perfect accompaniment to Brewerkz' handcrafted
beer. Moreover, the kitchen is proud of the fact that
its menu items are like the beers at Brewerkz in that
pastas, soups, breads, cakes and ice creams are all
handcrafted on-site.
